Since 2022, we’ve taken the lead in driving Isadore’s market entry and brand growth across Asia. Acting as the brand’s local operator—not just advisor—we’ve built its dealer network, activated direct sales channels, launched targeted digital campaigns, and represented the brand at trade shows and key product launches. From e-commerce setup to media buying and community rides, we manage the full funnel—strategy to execution.

We also connected Isadore with long-term distribution partners in Mainland China and Taiwan—transforming initial market interest into structured, scalable growth.

In Europe, our creative arm Headset Studios supports Isadore’s expansion through retail activations, campaign planning, and pop-up experiences. We onboarded a trusted Viennese bike shop as Isadore’s official distributor in Austria—turning a local partner into a powerful brand outpost. Together, we co-host events and shape brand presence on the ground.

A standout moment: the Vienna pop-up store in June 2024, which drew over 270 riders and set a new benchmark for community-led brand engagement in Austria’s cycling scene.
