Traditionally known as a manufacturer, Jakroo set out to reshape its identity in the Chinese market. Drawing on its legacy as the oldest cycling apparel maker in China, we repositioned the brand—shifting the focus from production to heritage, design, and craftsmanship.

To support this transformation, we created a series of visual stories around the launch of the SS24 collection, capturing both product detail and cultural depth. The result: a renewed brand image and a stronger voice in China’s competitive cycling apparel landscape.
